For over 20 years, I’ve been on a mission to change that, to make work a place people want to be. My goal is simple: to help people feel great about going to work by strengthening clarity, connection, and satisfaction across teams.

The book Three Signs of a Miserable Job” by Patrick Lencioni inspired a powerful aspect of my work: coaching sessions that help people reclaim a sense of meaning and motivation in their roles.

Lencioni identifies three core causes of job misery:
